Care at home service user survey March 2023 results
1st Focus Homecare carry out their own 6 monthly service user surveys to monitor how well we are doing and to highlight areas of improvement, we aim to always be delivering a high quality, person centred care at home service. We have recently conducted our 6 month Service User Questionnaire and are thrilled with the results. 100% of the respondents felt that the quality of service they received was either "good" or "excellent".
